Poletowin Pitcrew Holdings, Inc. President Naoto Konishi

Poletowin Pitcrew Holdings, Inc. was formed in February 2009 as the holding company of Pole To Win Co., Ltd. (PTW), which had been founded in 1994 as Japan's first independent testing outsourcee, and PITCREW CO., LTD., which had been founded in 2000 as the industry's first Internet monitoring specialist company. As of August 2017, Poletowin Pitcrew Holdings has 29 consolidated subsidiaries under its umbrella and is listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Based on its corporate philosophy "Create Customer Value," the Group takes it as its mission to integrate the "things only people can do" with the "higher quality systems." At the same time, the Group is developing "Testing/Verification & Evaluation Business" as well as "Internet Monitoring Business" centered on the computer game and Internet industries. As a pioneer in both businesses, the Group creates and provides a wide range of services that become the industry standards and has endeavored to improve the quality of the products, content, and services of its many corporate clients.

In recent years, we have seen rapid advances made in the global development of consumer electronic game software and of application/game for the smart phones that are fast spreading. Having been very active in opening branches of its local companies overseas and in the acquisition of foreign companies, the Group has enhanced its structure for the comprehensive support of the overseas expansion of its client companies on the back of the network of 19 business units in 10 countries (as of October 2017). We will accelerate our overseas expansion in the years to come in rapid response to global demand for testing, localization, and user support operations.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks in anticipation of receiving the ongoing support and guidance of all our stakeholders.

Poletowin Pitcrew Holdings, Inc.
President
Naoto Konishi
